Einige Fans haben in dieser Woche bei Facebook bereits die verbleibenden Tagen runter gezählt, bis sie dem Depeche Mode-Sänger gratulieren können: Dave Gahan feiert heute seinen 52. Geburtstag – herzlichen Glückwunsch und alles Gute für das neue Lebensjahr!
Vor einem Jahr feierte Dave Gahan seinen Geburtstag während der Delta Machine-Tour, einen Tag später gab es ein Ständchen beim Konzert in Athen. Die Tournee ist seit zwei Monaten vorbei und Gahan wird seinen Ehrentag sicherlich ganz entspannt im Kreise seiner Familie feiern. Einige aktuelle Bilder gab es erst dieser Tage zu sehen.
Außer viel Gesundheit für unseren Lieblingssänger wünschen wir uns natürlich, ihn möglichst bald wieder singen zu hören. Von Depeche Mode werden wir in naher Zukunft nichts Neues erwarten können. Aber Dave Gahan hat schon vor einigen Monaten angekündigt, mit den Soulsavers bald ein weiteres Album in Angriff nehmen zu wollen. Für ihn eine Herzensangelegenheit. Schon in einem Jahr könnte die neue CD in den Läden stehen.
