Daniel MillerDaniel Miller, head of MUTE-Records and long-time friend of the band, talked about the new Depeche Mode on a danish radio station: „It’s really a strong record“, he stated.

„I don’t wanna go into too much details right now, because it’s not finished, but it’s a really strong record. I wouldn’t call it a progression from the last one because it sounds quite different from the last one.“ According to Miller Depeche Mode use sounds they’ve explored in the past but put them in a very new way.

    Ya sounds really strong, maybe in the music style of condemnation….Dave told us something like that .. can t expect the new album……..with the new different sound style Martin found … Love the idea !

    I really love strong records.. expecially from DM, my favorite band since 1982.
    I can´t wait that the new album come out.

    GO ON THE MODE!! GREATEST BAND IN THE WORLD

    Just getting so excited that the album is being made and that it dosnt sound like the last one!! As SOUNDS had too many poor tracks on it!! If Mr Miller is happy!! Then im confident it will be a SUPER CLASSIC MODE ALBUM!!
